Puzzle Quest

Privacy Policy for Puzzle Quest

Effective date: July 27, 2026

AB Group Apps  operates the mobile game Puzzle Quest. This page explains what information the App collects, how.

Summary

Puzzle Quest has no account, no login, and no server of its own. Your gameplay progress and settings are stored only on your device. The only data collection in the App comes from the third-party advertising SDK (Google AdMob) used to show ads.

Information we collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal information ourselves. The App does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, or contacts, and does not include chat, user profiles, or any way to submit content to us.

The following data stays entirely on your device and is never transmitted anywhere:

- Level progress, stars earned, and completion state (stored locally using Hive).

- App settings — theme choice and whether the daily play reminder isturned on.

- Accelerometer (tilt) readings used to control the ball in the "Roll the Ball" mode — read directly from the device sensor and used only to move the ball on screen; never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere.

Uninstalling the App deletes all of the above.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to keep the App free. AdMob may collect and process:

- Advertising identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID)

- Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, language, general/coarse location such as country or region)

- IP address

- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and, for rewarded ads, whether an ad was watched to completion)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us, according to Google's own privacy policy <https://policies.google.com/privacy>

You can review and adjust your ad personalization settings at:

<https://adssettings.google.com/>

Permissions the App requests

Permission | Why it's requested

| Internet access | Required to load ads (AdMob) and, optionally, a small remote configuration file that can turn ads off app-wide without an update. No personal data is included in that request. |

| Notifications | Only requested if you turn on the "Daily play reminder" toggle in Settings. Used solely to show a local reminder notification; nothing about your usage is sent anywhere as a result. | Neither permission is requested until the feature that needs it is actually used.

Children's privacy

Puzzle Quest is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If the App's Play Store listing is configured for a mixed or child-directed audience, ad requests are adjusted accordingly through AdMob's own child-directed treatment settings.

Third-party services used by the App

Google AdMob — ad serving (see above).

Google Play In-App Review — lets you rate the App from within the App itself; only available on copies installed via Google Play.

Google Play Store — used to open the App's store listing when you tap "Rate us", "Share app", or "More apps".

None of these services are used to identify you personally by us.

Data retention and deletion

Because all gameplay data lives only on your device, deleting the App deletes that data immediately. There is nothing for us to delete on our end, since we never receive or store it. For questions about data AdMob has collected, contact Google directly using the link above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the App's features or third-party services change. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
